Data we may process
Account and KYC (name, date of birth, ID, address), contact details, transaction records (amount, date, masked or tokenized payment data), entries and skill answers, usage data and cookies, marketing preferences.

Sharing & processors
We use payment providers, RNG providers, hosting/analytics, identity verification and delivery partners where necessary. Each acts under contract as a processor or independent controller, as applicable.
Retention
Accounts and transactions: up to 7 years for tax/accounting. Technical logs: as needed for security and operations. Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or object.
Your rights
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. We may ask for proof of identity. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account and detils.
Children
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

What we may send
We may send any marketing information including (by email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages or phone):
- updates about upcoming prize draws, winner announcements, and low-ticket alerts;

Sharing for similar uses

How to opt out or delete

You may also delete your account/registration at any time (which withdraws your consent to marketing from us). We may retain limited records as required by law (e.g., accounting/fraud prevention), after which your data will be erased or anonymised in line with our retention schedule.
